Mostly Literates
Sonal P. Joshi, Ahmedabad.
"From the writing in Chitrageet, shuddhikaran of language
will occur. Gujarati is becoming distanced from people. With Chitrageet
interest in Gujarati will be renewed. Chitrageet will enliven interest
in Gujarati literature and folk songs. Faced with the onslaught of Hindi
film and pop music, programmes like Chitrageet are necessary. Chitrageet
has generated interest among people to sing along. People who are less
educated will benefit more."
Desai Rameshbhai Bhalabhai, Amraiwadi, Ahmedabad City.
"If writing comes in Chitrageet, people will learn
to read and write. People will learn to write perfectly. For example,
people are writing `Kajal' instead of `Kajall'. People can match the sung
words and the written words to learn how to write correctly."
Joshi Dharminbhai P., Ghatlodiya, Ahmedabad City.
"By subtitling Chitrageet, the words become clearer.
Those who can only speak Gujarati can also learn to read. Also our Gujarati
culture and heritage, which is disappearing, can be rejuvenated. Lovers
of songs can memorise more easily. Against Hindi pop music and Chitrahaar,
Gujarati Chitrageet will become more popular.Smt. Giraben Raval, Bhavnagar."
Mahendra K., Naranpura, Ahmedabad City.

method, it is easy for us to copy the songs. After copying, in our free
